Karstadt Restaurant in Wiesbaden

Unfortunately not what it used to be and many prices are retailer RRP.

Classic department store restaurant in a timelessly cultivated style.

I have a coffee at Karstadt's almost every day. I notice that not enough attention is paid to the submission of the registration form.

If you are there early enough, the breakfast is ok ..... Large selection .....

Good breakfast

Never again I was there with a friend and the food was absolutely bad the sausage and the meat was very, very gamely and repulsive even after that I had to throw up this restaurant is a case for the health department! Even refused before refund.

The selection for breakfast is manageable.

After Corona 19 it starts slowly. Staff is very friendly

It was okay. I had a piece of tiramisu and a milk coffee, it was very thin and not particularly hot. But for the total price of not even 5 € you can't complain.

Very nice but expensive. Parking in the parking garage 1std 2.50 €

The food is often a little bit but good. The staff is a new team, so it seems to me. Therefore it can take a little longer to prepare the dishes. At the checkout where things should normally go quickly because the food is hot there are always small waiting times. Not that good. 3 stars Since Karstadt no longer advertises, I also go to Karstadt less.

Food, drinks, cakes coffee all delicious

The Wiesbaden Karstadt restaurant offers solidly prepared dishes at reasonable prices. Mainly the good old, home-style German cuisine is offered here, the guests usually have a high average age. Haute cuisine is probably not intended and thus the enjoyment is reduced. the atmosphere at a good canteen level.

A good variety of dishes. There is something for everyone, whether warm or cold, hearty or sweet. The staff is nice and fulfills every request. During the week, the atmosphere is certainly a bit calmer than Saturday. For me it was too much of a tailgate, probably because of the wrong choice of seats. I recommend a place by the window or on the back wall.

Pepper steak with fries for € 7.99 plus medium plate of stewed vegetables for € 5.99. The steak was quite good, but unfortunately completely cold. It was probably half an hour in the window display, even though we were there at 11 a.m. Wasn't cold for the first time. That must not happen. The braised vegetables tasted very good. Ambience naturally goes in the direction of the canteen. If you can make the food hot there are 4 stars. Update: today the pepper steak was actually hot! So today I give 4 stars. But currently January 2020 it costs € 8.99.

Usually the Karstadt restaurant is highly recommended. Price and performance have always been top, at least as far as the breakfast is concerned. Recently, however, the service, food and drinks has deteriorated. ?The breakfast buffet leaves something to be desired. The food is offered rather loveless and do not taste too! The coffee maker has been broken for more than a week, thus forming long lines on the last remaining machine. The machine for pressing fresh orange juice has also been broken for many weeks. One has the impression that the restaurant would close soon. Personally, I think that would be a great pity and I'm certainly not alone with my opinion? But I'm hopeful that the management soon come up with something ?

Fried potatoes ice cold. Fresh fish was a deep-frozen fillet. No one cares about the complaint. Dear buy at Nordsee opposite a roll

Awful, terrible and I won't be going back. There wasn't much to choose from and the food which was on offer looked really greasy and unhealthy. The salad bar was nothing special and I paid over 8 euros for a bit of salad and tomatoes. The bread was an extra 95 cents per slice (total rip off). The staff weren't overly friendly and seemed to be annoyed by customers. The toilet also costs an extra 50 cents per visit. It's a shame, the rest of the department store is nicely presented and looks a bit like John Lewis in the UK, but the restaurant is more like a canteen rather than a restaurant. I'd head for the old city for something to eat or drink.

Underground! Here, nothing is offered for a relatively large amount of money. The food is only a short time ago, so I can not say if I've sustained any permanent damage .... I'm counting on it! Zero stars would still flatter the store here. My colleagues are just as disappointed ...

Love the fact that they are so friendly with kids,the women at the cashier are always so helpful and friendly to kids,l also love the fact that it has a hide out for a nursing mother ,l love there cakes there so tasty and there cupcino,l also love there morning hours buffet its affordable and you get to eat variety, just bare in mind Most of there foods are oily as in fried stuff in oil and full of calories with special test but l personally like them.

I would give zero stars if I could!! This is the most disgusting place for food ever!! They serve the mostly older clientele awful food old with no flavor!! And not to mention the ladies who work as cashier they are incompetent to say the least with bad attitudes!!!

The food is bad, not fresh and pricey. Would recommend only in case you're starving and about to faint...

For the price, a decent meal. If you are expecting gourmet....this is the wrong place for you. Crowded on Sat at lunch.
